Going Green
2 oz. Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal Crema, 1 1/2 oz. fresh cucumber extract, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/4 oz. agave nectar, 5 cilantro leaves. In a tall mixing glass muddle cilantro with agave nectar and lemon juice. Add Del Maguey and cucumber extract and fill with ice.  Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, float a thin slice of cucumber as garnish.
