Lychee on the Level
2 oz Level Vodka, 1 oz Lychee puree, 1/2 oz lychee juice, 1/2 oz honey syrup. Pour ingredients one at a time into a tall mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled Martini glass. Garnish with grated ginger and a float of 2 lychees.
