1 3/4 oz J&B Scotch, 1/2 oz Lemoncello, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice. Pour ingredients one at a time into a tall mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a pre-chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a sugared lemon wheel.
