Navan Cucumber Fizz
1 1/2 oz Navan, 3/4 oz Fresh cucumber puree, 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup, 1 oz Perrier. Combine Navan, cucumber puree, lime juice and simple syrup in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass top with Perrier and swirl. Garnish with a lime wedge and cucumber slice.
